I can strongly recommend it! It somehow makes the strawberries taste even more of themselves? Ottolenghi also uses sumac with blueberries if I remember correctly - that I also want to try (I usually use thyme with blueberries).

Yes, it is great in salads, not just fattoush. Haven’t tried the turmeric, date syrup and sumac combo but that sounds delicious!
I usually pelt some over fried eggs as well, quite nice! The lemonade is wonderful!
