I seem to use it in everything from salads to marinades to toppings. Just love it - I post about it regularly. Have you tried it with turmeric and date syrup - lovely.

Yes, it is great in salads, not just fattoush. Haven’t tried the turmeric, date syrup and sumac combo but that sounds delicious!

I usually pelt some over fried eggs as well, quite nice! The lemonade is wonderful!

I can strongly recommend it! It somehow makes the strawberries taste even more of themselves? Ottolenghi also uses sumac with blueberries if I remember correctly - that I also want to try (I usually use thyme with blueberries).
