That sounds so good! Love the name too. I really enjoy sweet or enriched breads especially for a cheeky breakfast. Think it should be pretty easy to make dairy and gluten free especially as it uses a lot of olive oil instead of butter.

Same, I love a sweet breakfast even if I am slowly starting to transition to a savoury breakfast as I hear it's better for us.

And yes, I think you could easily make it dairy-free and could no doubt try making it glutenfree as well.

Imagine these but in roll form! -a la cinnamon rolls, sans the cinnamon! Or with saffron in the dough and a rose water glaze👀 Also sounds delicious just the way it is!!
